MONDAY:
1) Focus: pp. 71-73 in Chapter 5 and discuss this mini-climax
2) 2-Chunk Shaping Sheet and begin paragraph: Write and type a 2-chunk paragraph answering the question: Why is Ponyboy so upset about cutting his hair? Use specific CD's from the text. Your CD's must be DIRECT QUOTES. Use the shaping sheet to plan your writing.
TUESDAY:
1) Finish 2-chunk paragraphs and turn in
2) Work on hotseat questions
WEDNESDAY:
1) Share paragraphs
2) Reading time - read through chapter 7 for tomorrow
